*    2. Upload the .XMI files to the data sets created in step 1. The
*       OBJECT.XMI file is uploaded to the &SYSUID.RMC13004.OBJECT.XMI
*       data set, etc.
*    3. Upload the INSTALL.JCL file.  Tailor this job for your in-
*       stallation and run the job to install the modification.

*RMC13004 - 01/02/2008 - The ROPES Standby Facility is released.
*
*Problem Summary:
*    The ROPES Standby Facility allows user CICS applications that store
*    data in ROPES reports to function correctly even if the ROPES data
*    sets or primary facility CICS region is not available.
*
*Symptoms:
*    If the address space in which the ROPES data sets is down, or if
*    ROPES has been stopped for maintenance, applications in other
*    regions may get ROPES return code "5".
*
*Temporary Fix:
*    The following replacement object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPECTBL, ROPEKTBL, ROPEOSRV
*    The following new object modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPEOSBY, ROPESBYM, ROPESBYU, ROPESMSG, ROPESSTA, ROPESSTP
*    The following replacement source modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        LINKSBY2, LINKSBY3, ROPECTLS, ROPESPRM, ROPESYSA
*    The following new source modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        RUNSBYU, SBYCNTL, SBYINIT, SBYCSD
*    The following replacement COBOL modules must be obtained from
*    technical support:
*        ROPESPRM, ROPESYSA

*Documenation Changes:
*    The installation and use of this facility is described in a
*    separate document, and will be integrated in to the ROPES
*    manuals in the next release of ROPES.
*
*Permanent Fix:
*    This enhancement will be incorporated in the next release of
*    ROPES.
